Recorded Signed For service gives you complete peace of mind with proof of posting and an electronic copy of the signature available online.
Royal Mail gets a signature from whoever receives the item, but bear in mind that this may not be the person named on the address label. If nobody is available to sign for the item and the item is not collected or redelivery rearranged within seven calendar days, Royal Mail will return your mail back to Smart Ass Menswear, with a note saying why they couldnt deliver it.
Special Delivery Next Day
Special Delivery Next Day and Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day in the UK, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm
You can use Special Delivery Next Day from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. All Orders should be made before 3.30pm
for eligibility of Next Day Delivery. Saturday Delivery is not guaranteed.
Next day guarantee does not apply if: Royal Mail were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item, The delivery address is in an area of the UK where Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery.

If you use International Signed For with Airmail delivery, Royal Mail target time is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.
Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery times. Although they will despatch your mail to the appropriate country on the first available flight, delivery standards in other countries do vary.
All Packages will be recorded at the point of delivery with a signature. Your item is delivered to its destination by the registered postal service of that country. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee), which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letterbox. If no-one is available to sign for the item then it will be retained by the postal administration. for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. But please note that we cannot routinely provide a copy of this signature. In the case of loss of an item we will request proof of posting from the other postal administration but this cannot always be provided.

Collect Plus Parcels typically take 3-5 working days to reach their destination and you can track your parcel in real time.
If your out your parcel will be left safe at your property, or with a neighbour. If neither is available a card will be left and the courier will keep the item for redelivery.
Please note Signature may be required on higher value items.
If your not at home, Collect+ will attempt to deliver to a neighbour and get their signature. If a signature cannot be obtained a card will be left and the courier will keep the package for redelivery. Collect + will attempt to deliver the parcel 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful they will automatically return the parcel back to Smart Ass Menswear.

Smart Ass Menswear offer a standard delivery service using Royal Mail, a signature on delivery is required, however, if you are not available when an attempt is made to deliver, the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office or your local Business Post depot for you to collect or to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
For UK shipping you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days from the date of order.

Returns & Exchanges
No Hassle Returns - We operate a no hassle returns policy at Smart Ass Menswear. Therefore, you can shop in confidence knowing that if your purchase doesnÃ¯ ¿ ½t fit or is not what you were expecting you can simply return it unworn / unused for a replacement or a full refund.
Smart Ass Menswear offers a hassle free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the product/s that you have purchased you may return them to Smart Ass Menswear within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund*
the item, provided that the product/s are returned complete, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, within their original packaging, complete with tags and its original receipt.
* For hygiene reasons underwear items cannot be refunded.
** If you wish to exchange an item for an item of higher value, any difference in price must be paid, prior to the new item being dispatched. If you wish to exchange an item for a lower priced item, we will refund the difference in price between the two. Full postal charges are applicable to any exchange.
We do not accept responsibility for: - Fair wear and tear, Failure to comply with cleaning instructions, Abuse or Third party damage, i.e. dry cleaners etc.
Please note the original postage charge will not be refunded.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product/s to Smart Ass Menswear.
This includes any customs or import duties levied on the returned product/s (only applies to non European Union countries).
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund any delivery charges incurred by you. If you have received incorrect goods you will receive a full refund or replacement goods.
Returns & Exchange Procedure
To return any products please ensure that you contact Smart Ass Menswear via email to inform us that you will be returning the goods. We will then confirm the receipt of your email and reply within 48 hours and ask you to send both the original receipt*
and parcel to:

To ensure that you complete the returns procedure, insert a copy of the invoice/packing slip or if you have misplaced that, enclose a note, which contains the order number (available from your confirmation e-mail) your name and a contact telephone number
* Please note that a refund cannot be made without the original receipt. (Email invoice and/or credit card receipt)
For your own protection, Returned goods must be packaged securely, we also recommend that you ask for a postal certificate which is available free form the post office to send your package using a signed for delivery service for example Royal Mails Recorded or Special
Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for packages damaged in transit or lost in the post.

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our Returns Policy. Any refunds will be made using the same method used for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
